I know some of you have probably seen this jewelry, but I'm finally officially showing them off. I am seriously in love with these new pieces. Not only do I think they're some of my best pieces yet, they're all named after beautiful and touching women in my life.
Without further to do, let me introduce you:
The Jordan necklace is named after my oldest friend from Alaska. When I found these charms, I just knew I had to get them. Jordan has the most beautiful tattoos, one of them being a paper plane flying across her forearm. For as long as I can remember, she's been sketching out paper planes everywhere. It was only fitting this was named after her.
The Kendall necklace was inspired my one of my very dear friends up in Fayetteville. She just got married a few months ago, and this necklace fits her personality. Simple, understated, and quiet, yet beautiful and elegant.
The Angela necklace (both long and short) are named after one of the greatest and strongest women I know. She's unique, spectacular, and strong. I love these quartz crystals. They're transparent and all completely different. All of my favorite Angela memories have moments where we just sit and talk about life because we're just so transparent with each other. I don't think I've been more open with another person. She's my lobster.
It doesn't hurt that she looks fab in my necklaces
Last but certainly never least, is the Jackie necklace. I've talked about Jackie before, but if you didn't see that post, we met our first day of college. We went through so many transformations together. We went through a hippie stage together. Perhaps one day I'll write about all of those crazy moments and the lessons I've learned from them, but until then, this amethyst pendant is the perfect physical representation of those memories.
So what do you think? How would you wear these necklaces? Are they something you want to see more of in the coming months?

Now I have the pleasure to introduce you to one of the beauties gracing my sidebar this month: Jen @ That's What She Read.
I can't quite remember how I met Jen, but I have a feeling it has something to do with our twitter parties..#toastytuesday, #wineywednesday, #thirstythursday, you name it. In fact, why don't we just add on #morewinemonday and #doublefistingfriday? I feel like those would be appropriate. When Jen isn't drinking wine, she's making promises to herself: promises to take a little more "me" time and to just focus on being happy. After all, isn't that what life should be about? If you couldn't tell by her blog name, Jen also likes to read- a lot. Lots of reading means book reviews, and who doesn't like those? Plus, she rates the books she reviews in glass form- quite brilliant, in my opinion!
